Hen Sen Herbs value its relationship with you, and offer you the option to return most products you purchased directly from Hen Sen Herbs. You don't have to give us reasons for returning the product......though it is very much appreciated (Help us serve you better next time).

30 day Money back Guarantee: If you are not happy with the products for any reason, simply return within 30 days from the date on the packing slip or invoice for a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling. (Exception: We do not issue a refund for herbal packages that you request Juliana to prepare for your specific conditions.)

How to Return a Product: You must first contact Hen Sen Herbs customer service within 30 days and obtain Refund Confirmation (RC) number before returning a product. Important: All the product bottles & packages must be returned whether you used the products or not. We do not issue refunds for products that are not returned.

• Contact Hen Sen Herb customer service: (206) 328-2828 or email service@hensenherbs.com.
• Obtain RC number.
• Ship the products back with RC number within 5 days from the date you received RC number.
• When retuning the products please insure the shipment or UPS tracking to ensure the delivery of your return.

Upon receipt of your return, Hen Sen Herbs will issue a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling.
